Please allow 5-10 business days of processing time before your order is shipped out. Prints are ordered on demand from local print shops and are packaged by me, so thank you for your patience <3
I am not responsible for lost items once USPS tracking status is "delivered"
I do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds. However if items are damaged during shipment I am happy to replace them, but photos of damage are required to be sent to my email.
Email raesalazart@gmail.com with any further questions or concerns, I want you to be satisfied with your order more than anything, so if for any reason you are not please contact me and I will do my best to fix it :)
